Shipping policy
At Handtile, our products are handcrafted in Fès, Morocco and shipped from our warehouse in Illinois, USA. Please read below for full details on handling times, delivery, and returns.
Handling time
Our standard handling time is 3 to 5 business days before your order is shipped. That said, our team does its best to dispatch orders within 24 hours whenever possible.
- Orders placed before 11:00 AM on Saturday are typically shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping & delivery
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping issues
Any problems with your shipment — including missing items, incorrect products, or visible damage — must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package. Reports made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
- Items must be unused and in new condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A tracking number is required to process any return — please provide this when initiating your return.
- Custom or bespoke orders are not eligible for return.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
